The Social Niche Company was founded by a couple law school friends after blogging together for years. Justices Fergie and Ny have penned their way through the first phase of parenthood, marriage and work-life balance. In their spare time they've formed a bond with hundreds of women online and have taken these relationships to the next level by starting a few ventures largely devoted to raising the profile of women of color online. Through networking, building relationships with brands, and promoting inspiration and success for their blogging community, the Social Niche Company has increased the collective power of women of color in social media. Among its endeavors, the Social Niche Company presents the annual 3-day Blogalicious Weekend Conference and My Blogalicious, a virtual community of contributing editors.
